Reports in Salesforce allows endless possibilities to summarize specific data points recorded in Change Machine. Here are some commonly used report types included in Change Machine and the type of information you can collect.
NOTE: When searching for a Report Type, your screen may default to the Recently Used category. Make sure to change the category to All shown in the image below) to ensure that you are seeing all the available Report Types.
Report: Contacts & Accounts
- Contact Demographics Base Report: Report on your customers' demographic information.
- Contact Demographics - Household Demographics: Report on customers' demographics, such as Marital Status and Adults and Children in Household.
- Contact Demo - Race, Ethnicity, Age: Report on customers' demographics, particularly Race, Ethnicity and Age.
Report: Activities with Contacts
- Meetings by Type and Site: Useful for looking at the number of meetings your team, and each coach, have completed over a specific period of time.
- Meetings - Count by Coach, Status, Month: Useful for looking at the number of meetings your team, and each coach, has completed over a specific period of time.
Report: Contact Summary Data with Actions and Personal Goals
- Actions - Completed: This is a template for reporting on completed Actions. Customize and modify!
- Actions - Base Report: This is a template for reporting on Actions. Customize and modify!
Report: Contact Summary Data with Outcomes and Contact
- Outcomes - Base Report: Review outcomes achieved or pending from total clients.
Report: Contact Summary Data with Dates and Assessment Survey
- Surveys - Base Report: Review information from completed Assessment surveys.
Report: Contact Summary Data with Dates and CFPB Financial Well-Being Scale Survey
- Surveys - Base Report: Review information from completed CFPB Financial Well-Being Scale surveys.
