To begin an initial coaching session with a new customer who has not been previously entered into the system, you register the customer in three (3) ways:
- On the COACH Homepage, select the Plus (+) button.
- Click the arrow to the right of the Contacts Tab and select New.
- After clicking on the Contacts Tab, click the New button to the right, above the list of Contacts.
By selecting the New button, a New Contact box will pop up that allows you to enter information about the customer, including their name and contact information. While only the customer's name is required to save, it is best practice to capture as much information as possible.
Be sure to enter the correct Mobile number, which will allow you to text your customer directly through Change Machine!
Once you have entered all information, click Save to proceed to the Customer’s Action Plan, or Save & New to create another new customer record.
Overall Financial Picture
To see a summary of a Customer’s overall financial picture, click on the financial information tabs listed beneath the Customer's name.
This provides a summary of total Assets, Debts, Income, Expenses, Actions, and Goals completed along with Outcomes achieved and current credit score(s). You can regularly update a Customer's information to track their financial security over time.
