Salesforce recommends using Google Chrome to have the best experience but supports latest versions of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome - developed by Google
- Mozilla Firefox - developed by Mozilla
- Microsoft Edge - developed by Microsoft and installed on most Windows computers
- Apple Safari - developed by Apple and installed on most Apple computers
Note: Internet Explorer and any other internet browsers are not supported for Salesforce use so they may not load Salesforce properly if you choose to use those browsers.
The first thing to check when having trouble navigating to Salesforce webpages is if your browser has been updated to the latest version.

If your browser is up to date, check your browser settings to allow Third (3rd) Party Cookies. These cookies are needed for Salesforce to load properly and some browsers automatically block them.
Note: If you do not want to allow all 3rd Party Cookies, you can just enable the 3rd Party Cookies that Salesforce needs to load properly.
The below cookies are the Salesforce specific cookies that need to be "whitelisted" if you do not want to unblock all 3rd party cookies.
Allowing 3rd Party Cookies:
- Google Chrome:
Three Dot Menu - Settings - Privacy and Security - Cookies and Other Site Data - Choose "Allow all cookies."
- Mozilla Firefox:
Three Line Menu - Settings - Privacy and Security - Browser Privacy (very top) - If Standard is not your selected option, go to the Cookies and Site Data section - Manage Exceptions and whitelist the Salesforce cookies needed.
- Microsoft Edge:
Three Dot Menu - Settings - Cookies and Site Permissions - Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data - deselect "Block Third-Party Cookies."
- Apple Safari:
Safari Tab - Preferences - Privacy - deselect "Block All Cookies."
