To access the COACH app in Salesforce, each User must have a Salesforce license allocated to them. When adding a new User that will need to log into Salesforce to access the COACH app, each User will need their User License to be Salesforce.

If you are unsure of how many Salesforce licenses you have in your organization, follow the below steps to view the current license totals. If you want to increase your Salesforce license total, you will need to contact your Salesforce Account Representative. Change Machine is NOT a Salesforce license vendor and only sells Change Machine Platform licenses.
Viewing My Organization's Salesforce Licenses Totals
- Log into Salesforce.
- Navigate to Setup.
- Scroll down the left navigation pane to find and click on Company Settings, then Company Information.
- You can also use the Quick Find search box to search for Company Information and click on it.

- On the Company Information page, scroll to the User Licenses section and view all of the options in that list.
