Finding a User ID
If your COACH Users also have SHARE/LEARN access, we can link the two accounts by using their Salesforce User ID. For this to work properly, the same email address has to be used for both the User's Salesforce/COACH account as for their SHARE/LEARN account.
From the User Profile:

- In the left-hand side menu, navigate to the Users section and then click on Users.
- Click on the name of the Staff Member to open their User Detail page.
- In the Address bar of your browser, while on the User Detail page, the URL should look similar to this:
https://<YourInstanceOrMyDomainHere>.lightning.force.com/lightning/setup/ManageUsers/page?address=%2F00530000003xqAb%3Fnoredirect%3D1%26isUserEntityOverride%3D1
The %2F00530000003xqAb% part of the URL contains the User ID of the profile you are currently looking at. A User ID is a 15 character combination of letters and numbers between the %2F and %. - Send a Chat message to the Change Machine Tech Support Team with the name of your new Staff, email address, and their User ID.
