Navigating SHARE

The SHARE Platform consists of small group and community discussion forum where practitioners gather to troubleshoot coaching topics, share resources, access best practices, and more related to the non-profit, financial coaching industry.

In SHARE, you can:

View

• Home: 
  Go to the SHARE homepage.
   
• Groups: 
  View the smaller communities that each user can join or create within SHARE. For more information about Share Groups, view the Using Groups article.
   
• Events: 
  View upcoming Change Machine Events either on the right side of the Share homepage OR by clicking Events to view and register for upcoming Change Machine Events.
   
• Toolbox: 
  Toolbox will take you to a list of tip sheets and worksheets that Financial Coaches can use to help with and share with their financial coaching participants. 
   
• My Latest Activity: 
  Click here to view all of your latest activity on SHARE. This includes posts, likes, and other actions you have taken on various SHARE posts. 
   
• Feedback: 
  Click here to submit and view feedback/suggestions that you and other users have about the Change Machine Platform.

Navigate to

• Coach: 
  If your organization has a Premium Change Machine license, you can use this link to access Coach.
   
• Learn: 
  If your organization has a Community Plus or Premium Change Machine license, you can use this link to access Learn.

NOTE: If you do not know which license your organization has, view our Help Article: Which Change Machine Platform License Do I Have?.

Create a

• Question: 
  Post a Question to the Change Machine Community or to another Community Group when you have questions related to financial coaching or nonprofit fintech information.
  
   
• Post: 
  Create a Post if you want to share information about nonprofit fintech work, celebrate your organization and/or staff, and more.
  
   
• Poll: 
  Create a Poll if you want to poll the Change Machine Community or Group.
  

Learn about

• The Redesigned SHARE!
   
• The Product Recommendation Engine: 
  Click Visit to learn more information about the Change Machine Fintech Product Recommendation Engine from our Help Center. The Recommendation Engine is only available within COACH and your organization must have a Premium license to access COACH.
   
• LEARN Progress:
  If you have access to LEARN, you can view and resume your current course(s) from this panel. 
   
• Upcoming Change Machine Events: 
  View the upcoming Change Machine Events and click on the title of of the Event to learn more about that Event and register for it. 

Visit:

• My Profile:
  To view and edit information about your Change Machine Profile. This includes editing your Name, Email, Company Name, Areas of Expertise, and Areas I Want to Learn More About.
   
• Settings:
  View and edit your SHARE settings including your email, change your password, your location information, and choose your email notification settings.
   
• Upgrade:
  Updating and/or modifying your organization's Change Machine license(s) will be available to designated administrative users.
   
• Help:
  Select Help to visit our Help Center or use the purple chat bubble on this page to contact our Tech Support Team for any questions you may have.
   
• Log Out:
  When you are ready to leave SHARE, click Log Out to be logged out of the Platform.
