Just like an app on your phone, the COACH app must be installed within Salesforce. To use the Change Machine COACH app in Salesforce, your organization must have a Salesforce license and instance. A Salesforce instance is your custom Salesforce link and the data that is created and stored on the Salesforce servers using this custom link.
If your organization does not already use Salesforce, your organization may be eligible for the Power of Us grant. Click this link to check your organization's eligibility for the Power of Us grant. This grant includes Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack, ten (10) donated licenses, and discounted services from Salesforce.
Once your licenses have been approved and your account has been created, the Change Machine team will install the COACH app for you in your Salesforce instance.
Activating a New Salesforce Instance:
- Activate your Salesforce Free Trial

Complete the Power of Us application to request your ten (10) free licenses. Choose I Have A Salesforce Account and use the username and password you created when you created your free trial. - Complete these Recommended Salesforce Training Modules
