Just like the apps you may have on your iPhone or Android phone, the Change Machine COACH app lives within the Salesforce platform. That means that you are using Salesforce technology to power your organization's mission to help others secure financial stability and/or their financial goals.
Since you are learning to use both the Change Machine app AND Salesforce, here are some Salesforce training modules that we recommend for first time Salesforce Users to learn more about the platform. These modules listed below can help strengthen your understanding of Salesforce and can help you on your way to becoming a Salesforce power user.
NOTE: To complete the modules below, you will need to create a Trailblazer account using your Salesforce username and password. The Salesforce Trailhead website has hundreds of modules related to Salesforce features and you are welcome to explore these to learn even more!
Below are links to the entire modules (with estimated completion time) along with individual lessons (with estimated completion time) that we think would help you to get to know the platform better.
