To reset your password to access the COACH App (the same as your Salesforce password), try these suggested steps to get access:

"Forgot Your Password" Link:
On the Salesforce Login page, click on the Forgot Your Password link to have a password reset link sent to your email. After clicking on the link, you will need to provide your username* (this may be your email address) and you should receive an email from Salesforce shortly after.
*NOTE: Your username may not be the same as your email. If you do not receive the email from Salesforce with the password reset link, you may have entered the incorrect. If after an hour or more you still have not received the email or you do not know your username, go to the next section.

Contact your System Administrator
If you are not able to reset your own password, contact your System Administrator to have them send the password reset link to you. The person within your Organization that has permissions to add and remove people from the COACH app.
If your System Administrator needs assistance, tell them to follow the follow steps:

Click on Setup.

Search for Users in the Quick Find search box or navigate to Users and then click on the Users tab.

Find and click on the name of the user that is not able to reset their password.

Click on the Reset Password button at the top of the User Detail page.

The User will receive an email from Salesforce that will allow them to reset their password.
