Accessing the Help Center in the Change Machine Platform

When using the Change Machine Platform, there are many ways to get support through our Help Center or sending a Chat to our Tech Support Team. Our Help Center is available 24/7 and you can send a Chat if you are need us!

Here are some ways to find the Help Center:

1. The Change Machine Website:

   Scroll down to the bottom page footer and click on the Platform Tech Support link.
   
   
   

2. SHARE:

   Click the down arrow next to your Profile avatar and select Help to go to the Help Center or click on the Chat icon to send a message to the Tech Support Team.
   

3. LEARN:

   Scroll down to the bottom page footer and click on the Help Center link.
   
   
   

4. COACH:

   NOTE: Your organization will have a custom link to access the COACH app in Salesforce.
   Click on the Help button at the top of the page to go to the Help Center.
