As an administrator of an Enterprise Account, you can extend individual users’ access within a License Group, allowing them to retain access beyond the group’s original end date. This feature is particularly useful for providing additional time for users to complete their training before their access is downgraded to Community (SHARE-only) access.
Important Note:
• User access can only be extended before the end date of the License Group.
• Once the License Group expires, user access cannot be modified.
