The Change Machine COACH App, in Salesforce, is where you collect all of your customer data; Demographic Information, Assets, Debts, Expenses, Income, etc.
You can create Dashboards that will allow you to visualize your data in an interactive way. This visually compelling feature of Salesforce lets you quickly access a visual snapshot of key metrics and useful performance indicators for your organization.
Dashboard data is sourced directly from Reports and are used as components that can be added to a dashboard. In a Dashboard, you can view your Report data as:
- Charts: Can be used to show data graphically.
- Bar Chart
- Column Chart
- Line Chart
- Pie Chart
- Donut Chart
- Funnel Chart
- Scatter Chart
- Gauges: Can be used to show a single value or a range of values.
- Metrics: Can be used to highlight key values.
- Tables: Can be used to show data in a column form.
