When meeting with your financial coaching customers, keeping your scheduled meetings organized may be tough to do. The COACH app allows you to easily link your coaching customer's meetings to their customer records. Customer meeting information can also be pulled in reports to showcase how your organization helps your coaching customers.
Create a Customer Meeting
To enter a Meeting for a coaching customer, follow the instructions from the following help article: Meetings.
Viewing Scheduled Meetings
- From a Contact Record:
After opening a Contact record, the Meetings tab will show all past and future Meetings that were added to their record. - From the COACH Homepage:
After opening the COACH app in Salesforce, all upcoming meetings will be displayed on the COACH Homepage.
You can click on any of the meetings to edit the selected Meeting. You can also click the View All button to view all of your Upcoming Events in a list view. - From the Calendar Tab:
The Calendar tab will show all of your scheduled meetings in a calendar format.
You can create new Meetings in the Calendar view by clicking anywhere on the calendar or the New Event button and filling out the Meeting information. Make sure the Change Machine Event checkbox is checked for your meetings!
