The Change Machine COACH App in Salesforce can be integrated with the Twilio for Salesforce app to allow financial coaches to easily send text messages to financial coaching participants while using the COACH app.
However, if you are a new COACH App user, you may not know what phone number has been assigned to you.
Finding Your Twilio Phone Number
NOTE: Only a Salesforce User with permissions to view Twilio Configuration app (Twilio Access: Adding and Removing Your Staff) can modify assigned coach phone numbers.
- Log into your organization's Salesforce instance.
- Use the App Launcher to find and navigate to the Twilio Configuration app.
- Scroll down to the Personal Phone Numbers section.
- Any Users that have a license and permissions to use Twilio will be listed in this section if they have been assigned a phone number.
Only Salesforce Users with Twilio Administrator permissions can add or remove phone numbers using the Twilio Configuration app. If a current financial coach with Salesforce login access is not listed in the Personal Phone Numbers section, they will need to be added along with an available phone number. Any coaches that are no longer with your Organization can be removed and you can reassign their phone number to another coach.
